A 1 1/2” slit on the non flap end of the envelope was surgically cut to access the contents. The flip was cut just enough to remove the capsule</p><p>A lot of work for what turned out to be a $3 coin. But radioactive if the Postal Inspectors find you holding it</p><p>I feel bad for them, but not that bad</p><p>I’m buying another coin from the same seller.
