Cool Find , but because of the center creases and the other folds, it has only face value. As others would say " Spend It " !!.....unless, of course, it's your first and only one. If so, then save it until you get a better one. If you're a collector, then you should always be improving your collection, thus, replace the one in poor condition with one in better condition. True, condition is poor, but it is the first I have found where the serial number is to the right of center on the rarity scale. Thanks for the comment, it will be spent.
