Unless I am missing something - which I don't believe to be the case - this coin is not worthy of any sort of premium, nor is it rare. The type of doubling displayed most certainly falls under the "worthless" category as outlined on Mr. Wexler's site (doubleddie.com) and may be both of interest and a help to you in learning how to properly identify actual varieties that can carry premiums.

Omar-This is called machine doubling and is not a doubled die. It is likely due to a loose hub on the press which needs tightening. As stated above, no value other than face value. Both Mr. Wexler's site and his books are an excellent source of reading material to get the hang of this. I also believe the Red Book has information that would prove valuable.
