State vs atb quarters.

I don't know, I understand you're thinking, but I like to get them all, as often, later down the road, the unpopular ones are the ones to have.

As for the ATB's, yeah it could have been more an NP series, but still nice as is. Yet, they blew it putting words and the date in a ring, limiting the design to the size of a nickel.
