O.K. About the East & West coast things. There is the Mississippi River that runs between both mints. Wich makes the distribution a little uneven considering general circulation, not counting mail orders. Another thing is People are cleaning the mint out as soon as these puppies cool down off the press to sell on Ebay for profit. I have several hundreds of them that I have been collecting for years. High Grades are prefered. And I tell you whats hard to get. P-Mint = Minnesota, Michigan, Kansas, Nevada & up(not counting W.Virginia, and some semi difficult ones are maine, iowa). Maine being the lowest minted so far...I live in Arkansas and save all of the arkansas ones I can get because they are of lower mintage also. I also have came across severeal bicentenials on my quest. About 15 California moon errors. about 15 W.Virginia cud errors(2 being obvious something was on the mint die). A W.V. 7mm rim cud(as seen on ebay), and several other errors like nevada chimney rock with the same Cali. moon error(3 of them). I have not yet found a wisc. corn error, I also recovered a n.Hampshire gold plated D. quarter from a vending machine(however it's probally only worth about two bucks). I have made about 6 full sets of p's missing a couple in the 6th book. and about 10 D books, and could probally make about 10 to 12 more if I needed to. Again I turn down a lot of them I find due to condition unless they are harder to get. Check Vending, Change, Bank Rolls, and when you go to the store. I even check under the vending machines at my work on a slow night. I have found two 2001 Sac dollars which are lower mintage than the 2000. I plan on keeping some of the books for my family, and reselling some later on in life.
