I recently came across a 2000 P Virginia state Quarter with an error that I have not been able to find common or listed at all in fact. The coin is missing the second "N" in "Quadricentennial". Is this coin have any value? Or is it a common error?

Chances aren't it is from a grease filled die. A fun find but not really valuable or anything.

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

As a suggestion, it is always best to include a photo with a close-up image of the area in question. That way, we don't have to guess about the actual cause.

Google Greased Filled Die.. You will get an Idea of what you have. Only a very minor error. No premium.

That must be the tiniest instrument in the world just to overpolish 1 letter N! :wacky:
