The quarters that I found with that golden tones were them were Clashed Die errors. Have one with the color but also has a rainbow tone to my 2005 Kansas which ANACS graded it MS64 Clashed Dies. These type of coins aren't rare and range to a few dollars and seen grading ones sell for $100. Maybe this could be the case or was caused by PVC coin holders ?

    Huh? o_O
Clashed dies do not affect the color of a coin in any way.

Start a new thread with pictures. This is a Necro thread and the majority of those old members are no longer on CoinTalk :bored:

Never said it effected their color, however most of the quarter ones I've found in the past were similar in color.
