I have a one but it’s a salt river bay Virgin Islands quarter with one side silver and the other gold
The quarters that I found with that golden tones were them were Clashed Die errors. Have one with the color but also has a rainbow tone to my 2005 Kansas which ANACS graded it MS64 Clashed Dies. These type of coins aren't rare and range to a few dollars and seen grading ones sell for $100. Maybe this could be the case or was caused by PVC coin holders ?
Huh? Clashed dies do not affect the color of a coin in any way. Start a new thread with pictures. This is a Necro thread and the majority of those old members are no longer on CoinTalk
Never said it effected their color, however most of the quarter ones I've found in the past were similar in color.
