No, of course not. But the holders that the mint uses on the Proof ASE is the same type of holder as an Air-Tite ( that's the brand name ). And they are not airtight either.

This may not be a good example as far as investment, given it's youth and collectibility. There are toned coins which sell in the hundreds of thousands over their mint bright counterparts.
