1924 P US SLQ. I am old enough to remember when these were regularly seen in circulation. They were usually quite worn, and the few I have now were all bought.

Here are two of my favorite SLQs. I bought the 1924-S in an NGC slab, sent it to PCGS to crossover, then sent it to CAC. What do you think was the outcome in each case? One other thing: I smoked my last cigarette at midnight, Feb. 1, 1964, and never had the desire for another one.
There’s a SLQ in the pair of coins I’m giving away tomorrow, if anyone wants to join the giveaway. (Deadline is 3:21 PM Eastern US time on Wednesday: the autumn equinox.) Is it a high-end coin? Nope, not by a long shot, but hey, free SLQ, with an 1887 British threepence too.
Woohoo! 56 days without a cigarette! So proud of you! That's gotta be almost 76 days now! Wow! Great job! Yeah yeah!
