Rubens coin Breast is stronger , and the eagle is way stronger . Also mine has a light scratch to the left of her shoulder .

I voted 65, but I could see 66. It's hard to go much higher on a coin like this without viewing it in hand imo.

 

I'm going with MS66 possibly FH. Gorgeous coin Ruben.

Don't take this the wrong way...

Because your pics don't show the luster well enough for me to grade higher, and I don't see enough marks/hits to grade lower.

 

OK - so then if the luster was higher you might grade it higher? Which hits do you see?

I like to make a grading decision early in the post so as not to be corrupted by other opinions. Best way for me to learn.

 

Ruben, you asked for what we see wrong. Most of what I see are nicks.
Obverse - her right arm and shawl below, her right shin, and the "Y" in LIBERTY
Reverse - center over the eagle back and the letters in USA (fist "A", "O", "C", and last "A") and the "O" in dollar.
I also see a couple rim nicks on both sides.

 

I voted MS66...while drooling.
