Spots on $20 Saint?

    Does anyone know what these spots are (right field)?

    Sorry about the quality of the pics. The spots only show up with a loupe or from certain angles.

    Kinda looks like a sneeze-print to me...?

    Would acetone remove them? To me looks like something deposited on the coin. Pretty coin btw.

    Thanks... I wish I knew for sure and what acetone would do for it.

    However, it is TPG-slabbed and I'm not willing to crack it out to see. Thinking of returning it.

    What grade do you all think it would get if resubmitted?

    The coin is accurately graded i.m.o.
    There is no need to break the holder, furthermore I think this tiny spots are kind of waterspots......no worry about:happy:
