Split Bands/Split Hairs Guess the Grade

    If this was graded MS64, there would be no doubt about it being a FSB, Does anything think it is NOT Full Split Band? ALL the bands are clearly split.

    FSB is not All the bands are split but Full(y) split bands, each band must be completely split , and I think the middle set had one groove position that looked attached at some point near the middle. Yes, that's may be not right, but its like a home run ball being caught on the edge of the center field wall-out!. Jim

    Looking at that image it still looks like the middle band is fully split but seems to support the AU grade. I can definitely see slight rub over the center area of the bands and the leaves to the right.

    Wow...you done been robbed...indeed splitting hairs on such an otherwise and overwhelmingly MS coin. I'd crack it out in a heartbeat and resubmit it with some others (next time you have a few)...and not to ANACS.

    ANACS good with varieties but not good with grading...they're all over the dart board.
