    Is this the spitting horse error coin. or is it just a scratch

    Welcome to CT. Scratch should cut into the coin. Spitting horse is some sort of die crack, so the impression on coin should be a bulging line. Just my thoughts.

    Yep, definitely a Spitting Horse. It should be a Philly coin.
