What seems like the date at the bottom of the same side is possibly 1706, which is inconsistent with Carolus II&#039;s reign.</p><p><br /></p><p>2. Many of the spanish colonial coins I&#039;ve seen have &quot;HISPANIARVM&quot; on them, and this one has &quot;hispaniav.rm.&quot;</p><p><br /></p><p>3. The P8 on the crest side means a Potosi or Lima minting, and the II on the other side indicates 2 reales.
