This was one of the last souvenir cards where the BEP featured a reprint of actual currency, during the phase when they stamped &quot;Specimen&quot; on the note (in case you didn&#039;t notice it was blue). The note shown is the back of a 1923 $10 U.S. Note, which is a pretty rare piece, and the California state seal that shows up on many of the early Nationals.
