South Carolina Quarter

    1stSgt22 I'm just me!

    Hello everyone! Just joined Coin Talk. This is my first post! Interested in your thoughts about this SC quarter I found in a roll a while back. The state name is the only place this occurs. The rest of the coin appears normal!

    Quite severe die deterioration IMHO. The die should have been taken out of production long before this got this bad.

    Thanks for welcoming me! I thought this was some type of die issue. Appreciate your input! Just seemed weird to me that it only happened to the state name. Guess dies do strange things!
