    MS64 at best. There are marks on and above the word TRUST and above 19 as well as a lot of chatter on the reverse from the word HALF to Independence Hall and some in the fields. Still, a nice coin.

    Unfortunately it's way over graded. An MS-67 should have you really hunting for marks. This one has them on the Kennedy bust. There are marks on the cheek, jaw and neck.
