My father-in-law sold his coin collection due to health problems and sold me his coin safe. Our dog went nuts at about 2 a.m. one morning. He rarely barks, so we knew something was up. I did a quick look around and noticed the security lights were on in the back yard. The next morning we noticed a &quot;trouble code&quot; on our security panel and called the security company. The technician that responded said that the phone line for the security panel had been disconnected outside the house. We then did a more thorough check and found a missing screen and footprints in the flower bed outside our sunroom. They guy hasn&#039;t come back since then.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I&#039;m guessing that someone saw me moving the safe and figured that we had some valuables worth protecting.&nbsp; He needed to do a home invasion to make sure someone was home to open the safe for him.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
