Don&#039;t buy from a new seller on ebay.</p><p>2. Pay with Paypal, but only if the auction states that the Paypal protection plan is in effect.</p><p>3. Don&#039;t trust EBAY to resolve the issue - they just referred me to the internet fraud websites.</p><p>4. If the auction description is in broken English - well, you know where that is going.</p><p>5. Check any package you receive for damage BEFORE you sign off on it.&nbsp; If it is damaged, note it on the delivery confirmation - you will need it later as evidence when you plead your case.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hope this helps somenone avoid one of my bad experiences on EBAY.
