CACG is a TPG and does encapsulate their opinion of a piece. There was a period when CACG did encapsulate a Legacy piece (a piece that had previously received a CAC A or B Sticker applied to the NGC or PCGS encapsulated piece) for CAC members, but the time period for Submittal of this offer has passed.
