That is a 100% sure-fire proof it is real. </p><p><br /></p><p>The silver eagle is more questionable, but remember - pure silver tones differently. ASE's are known for toning in wild and crazy patterns like that naturally, and it is consistent with a natural pattern. </p><p><br /></p><p>I have bought three coins from him, and each coin has always been nicer in hand than his pictures. He seems to have a problem with graininess, most likely due to compression issues, but his colors are usually pretty accurate (within tolerance for differences in lighting).
