    Nederland also had a Island area I have 2 skillings but silver has the same crown.

    I agree with jello! This is the proper ID. It's from The Netherlands East Indies. See the frame around the lion and the thickness of the end of it's tail. Sorry Seattlite86, but you helped narrow it down.

    Yes, I believe it's the Indies Cent from the early 1800s.

    With all the help here... I think its Netherland East Indies, Sumatra KM 290. The size matches.
