Some Greek AE

    That's a fantastic example! The nymph and snake are very clear. When you got that one I dropped two or three in my Vcoins shopping cart and forgot about them. They sold. There are now more and I put a few more in my basket, intending to pick one. Maybe I'd better do that right now because you know this thread will cause a little run on the type :D.

    Awesome! That's a nice looking coin! I like the style on that version of the coin, the nymph is a little nicer with her flowing garment around her legs.

    This is a coin type I hadn't seen before shopping on vcoins one day, I immediately bought it, it's not often a little cheap AE speaks to me so clearly.

    I just saw and interesting coin from the same "gang" that has a pair of little guys arm in arm on one side instead of the instead of the curved blade.
