here are some more interesting items from my chicago collection. these are some canceled checks checks from "Third National Bank of Chicago" they are from 1876 and one from 1877. i love the writing style they used. enjoy :thumb:

Nice old checks urbanchemist. I have a few in my collection of obsoletes but don't really collect them per se. Old cancelled checks bring a bit of history with them which makes them more interesting. Thanks for posting them. Bruce
