Not much to see here, but, surprising that when I asked for $2 notes at the bank, each one was a 1976- I’ll probably spend all except the C-A block $2.
Nice bills. The I-A block has a smaller print run and cope #'s, but condition cuts in. http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/all___b.html http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f1976_b.html
I'd keep them all and keep going back to the bank until you have a $2.00 bill from each of the Federal Reserve Districts.
My father in law had a stash of 500 $2 notes taped in an envelope on The underside of a drawer that we discovered after he passed, i guess He thought that some day they would actually be worth something.
the $2 are in such low demand that I can still go to my Credit Union and get brand new strapped in 100 quantity sequential number bundles. They've told me there is normally some demand during the Christmas Holiday season which are used as presents/stocking stuffers.
