Hey, I did repaint the room, and did the tile backsplash. I know, peanuts, compared to the big stuff.

 

My guess was new countertops, back splash, maybe some electrical and a new floor,
obviously new appliances. If you had a hood vented and cabinet resurfacing done, you are getting a great price.

 

No new flooring. Hardwood in the whole house. Cabinets are solid wood, so had a new veneer installed. Other than that, you have it right.
