I'm not so sure about that. In the "item specifics", it reads "Composition: Silver". There is no silver in these coins, unless of course he removed silver proof coins and inserted them into this clad proof holder. Everything else is either just a violation of FeeBay's policies, or just morally wrong.
Looking at some of the items he has sold at 100% approval, I note a 1964 Kennedy half that graded MS****exceptional****
The seller changed the listing. It used to say "Silver Proof Set" in the title and "Composition: Silver" in the item specifics.
