Glad to see the hysteria is retreating and things are returning to normalcy.

If it's the same or higher in nominal dollars, it'll only be because inflation has taken off again. MHO, of course.

There are multiple factors to consider. Low mintage should keep interest strong as long as they don't release a new one next year with a lesser mintage. On the other hand, this could be a one off year for the enchanced reverse proofs, in which case I would expect the prices to go down somewhat with time.

A little better than my 15 coins, huh? Sounds like he was a dealer at the show, making big offers there. I remember I bought a gold Kennedy in Chicago and flipped it to the big dealer there, and he lost a ton of money on those. I've already flipped my 15. I probably should have had them graded, but I took a decent offer from a big dealer and ran.

I've been tracking mine on Fedex smartpost. Says it will be delivered on Sat. Going to sit on it admire it. First strike designation is meaningless since all of them are first strike.
Going to sit on it for 3 to 6 months and see where it settles.

They aren't getting many then... Pretty much nothing under $900 at this point. I had a big dealer offer $1,050 shipped, no fee payment for mine. Hard to pass that up.
