i am looking to move about 8 silver pandas on ebay, but i was wondering what i should be looking for with regards to final sales price. i have one each from 2002-2009. i know if you try to buy the older ones retails, they have somewhat of a premium, but should i just forget about that and assume i will be getting in the low 20s for each of them regardless? thank you, i just want some other thoughts before i go ahead with this.
why bother putting them on E-bay? you can just list them here in the open forum and save the 14.90% + 30 cents of sales+shipping that ebay/paypal will charge you I don't know the premium on those pandas but that 14.90% +.30 cents will eat alot of it nd your not even guaranteed to break even on e-basy to the non premium here.
since you have more than ten posts you can post them for sale in the open section, are you selling them to buy some other coins or bullion that interests you more?
you guys have all given me reason to pause. i will really have to look at a few things and decide what i want to do. i thought i had factored everything in, but if i could get a similar price here, i would rather pass them along to someone here. thanks. to answer your question chip, i am torn, even on that. i was going to put the money back into some silver bullion, if and when the price dropped, but i simply wanted to clean some stuff out. i have been collecting ASEs and decided to pick up one of the pandas for each of the years since i decided. i really like them, but to honest, the premium is no longer woth it in my eyes. instead i was going to keep going with some ASEs every year and then pick up some 5 or 10 bars each year instead of the pandas. really, i just want to clean up this part of my collection. it is my OCD taking over. thanks
