Senator Portman from my state of Ohio has said that the feds can't even use drug-sniffing dogs to find this stuff as it is coming into the country. The slightest whiff can kill the dog. The stuff is very, very potent. Hope you're OK.

 

A couple of years ago I spotted a dollar on the floor in a convenience store. Of course you think ‘score’, right? Well, it had that dirty brownish fentanyl in it. I felt weird for about an hour. Imagine if a little kid picked that up?

 

We had an law enforcement officer here who while searching a car for evidence index finger touched some on the cars carpet....and TG the doctor was spot on with treatment or he would of died! Yeah the tip of his index finger absorbed in his skin.....damn near killed him.

With that much drug on the bill I wonder how the bill's carrier was still standing up to pass the bill.

This is high on the list for the abolishment of paper currency. It's been going on for more than 40 years now but now there is a danger of becoming very ill. It used to be just a dusting of cocaine or meth and maybe a little LSD on the notes. Now it's covid 19 and fentanyl all over the place, even on your kid's lunch money. Make it all digital currency and eliminate the drug and illegal cash transactions. I'll bet there is not a single wallet in the world that would test negative for illegal substances. This would be a small inconvenience for some, but most would get over it. As for myself, I rarely use paper currency anyway, and could easily live without it.

 

Bet if they check the top of that bill they find snot, if the police wanted to that is. Check it for DNA maybe then find the guy eith the drugs. Can't say he got it from someone else if his DNA is on the bill. Glad you are OK. And yes use gloves to handle all cash not just for Covid anymore.

Personally, I passed the point of hoping for an OD for each and every drug abuser long ago.

 

When fentanyl first hit the streets, a raid on a trailer in the middle of the desert in So. California, that turned out to be a lab, caused a dozen officers to become really sick. After that we all had to have a mandatory class on how to safely handle it. No person was ever again to enter a drug lab without full hazmat suits.
I'm glad you recovered from that horrible experience.

Gov't numbers are false, you want a true realistic picture, deduct 60%. 130,000 found false reporting out east in just one investigation... You can not absorb the virus thru the skin

 

Then there are the fake numbers in my state early on where first responders and other people went in to take the test, couldn't wait there because of time and left, then got a notice in the mail that they tested positive. THEY NEVER TOOK THE TEST.
