And I noticed some of the numbers are smudged and there is 2 lines going down that is ink also that stand out. Should I keep it in my collection or spend it? What do you guys think?
So the green numbers to the right are smudged and so is the 6 to the corner. If you look at the E you'll see theres a line going through it and theres another one next to it., theres no folds next to the lines. And its not ink from a pen or anything. Here's a closer picture.
lol no but fortunately I see that you are blind and being a dick so if you'll excuse me ill get someone else opinion on some other things from my collection sir. =)
For the note to have value there has to be considerable 'smudging' of the ink. I have had a few like this, and, believe me, I just spent them, after learning that there is little or no collector interest
