I've found over one hundred, give or take. Not all silver, of course. I think I've found 4 or 5 of those. The rest are all S proof or S business. Found this one last week. Have you seen my old daily finds thread? You wouldn't believe it, if you think finding that proof was something!
Amazing stuff, as always. Thank you for posting that beauty. As soon as i can brother, as soon as i can, I'll be sitting on that porch next door, raising my mug to you . Can't wait.
No snow here in southern Oregon. Cold and foggy right now. Supposed to get to 52 deg. with the sun making an appearance. I surely do not miss big snow storms. @Eric the Red Very nice half cent with a low mintage of 63,000 to boot.
Where from originally that you had big snow storms? I spent some time in Seattle, but never Oregon. Absolutely loved the west coast. Enjoy your weather today!
@CoinJockey73 I was born in U.P. of Michigan, spent many of childhood years in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Ohio. I was stationed in North Dakota when I was on active duty in the Air Force. We get a little snow here in the valleys, plenty of snow to the east of me in the Cascades.
Yeah, i pulled them all out, lol. Had nothing better to do with this stupid snow. That's 70s 80s and 90s. Anything stacked is a double. I'm trying to complete a set of circulation find proofs. Well on my way. I didn't know about proofs, when i started, so I definitely threw a bunch back. Rookie mistakes. State quarters 28/50 woo-hoo! Again, top row stacked, triples, couple doubles in the second row as well. All found in circulation. And i definitely threw a bunch of these back. I know, because my dumb butt posted about it! Thanks everyone, for stopping by!
I was thinking the same thing. Although the turkeys have been long gone in my neck of the woods, upstate they still have free range, and I've had my fair share of fresh, gamey wild turkey! Yummy!
