    Maybe the Crystal Club Casino smoke shop? There are casino token guides available to see if they made tokens by overstriking coins.

    "Smoke shop" was a quite common designation to be included in the names of stores selling tobacco. However, I believe the reverse of your cent is from a token die for:

    SMOKE SHOP / MONTESANO, / WN.

    There are known tokens from a "Smoke Shop" in Montesano, Washington.

    @Lawtoad's decipherment above of CRYSTAL CLUB from the obverse of your cent also seems reasonable and logical. Thus my opinion is that you have a cent that was struck with tokens dies from two different locations.
