    Last week we had largest coins. Let see the smallest coins Coin Talkers have.
    I'll start with two.
    1) Netherlands 1874 scabbard 10c 15mm x 1.4 grams

    The smallest coin that I have ever owned is this James I Half penny from 1604-19. I have no idea how people could have possibly kept track of them back then. They are around 10.3mm (depending on the planchet) and weigh about 0.24g. A sneeze would easily blow one right off the table. From a distance in dirt or in carpeting it looks just like an ordinary piece of detritus. It seems too small to have been of any use, but apparently they made the economic rounds.

    Here is my smallest. I don't know exactly what it is or where it is from...
    There is a face on the obverse and what looks to be a deer/stag on the reverse. Weighs ~0.55g and is ~7/8mm diameter.
