in my 2007 unc sets that i bought from the mint one of the state quaters had a small but distrcting gouge in the coin should i return? does it affect the value much?
Does the Mint have a return policy ? If so then yes I would return it. If it distracts you, it will distract others. So yes, it affects the value. Hard to say how much. Post photo !
When you received your shipment there was a return address label along with it. Just fill it out and mail it back.
