Small dates?

    The last two look like small dates. Pics still a bit blurry. Meow thinks the two in the date is pretty on the small date, ugly on the large date. That's how Meow decides what it is.

    They are all small dates.
    They made 17 billion 1982 cents in a number of varieties.
    These are worth 1 cent each.
    The Philadelphia one would be worth the most if it's in the best condition.
    Zinc or copper. Premium on the zinc, as it was the first year for zinc and they
    encountered issues and less zincs made it out of Philly,

    The Denvers would be valuable if they were made of copper, but these appear to be copper plated zinc.

    Two coppers two zinc. Finally closet to finishing my granddaughters books. Thank you all for the help
