This is an important find for an SLQ collector seeking an affordable rainbow toned coin.</p><p><br /></p><p>However, the area that most SLQ collector's covet (the head) is almost non existent. This coin has about the worst head detail I have ever seen on an uncirculated SLQ.</p><p><br /></p><p>In essence, this coin defines the phrase "one man's trash is another man's treasure".
