Secondly it's not written in the rules because doing so typically results in some people seeing it as a challenge, kind of saying to themselves well we'll see about that ! So they deliberately register multiple accounts just to see if they can get away with it. And that is kind of like something every parent knows - if you want to make sure that a kid does something, tell him he's not allowed to. That's why it's not in the rules. Because adults are a 100 times worse than any kid ever thought about being ! Only about a 1,000 times.[/QUOTE]
