I am only suggesting that you take care to leave them in the bags because of this. Because if they are Proofs, and it&#039;s possible they are even though I think it is a very slim possibility, a fingerprint or hairlines would greatly affect the value.</p><p><br /></p><p>Also, a great deal depends on your dealer. I&#039;ve seen some dealers who would take coins in those bags like that, rip the bags apart and just dump the coins out on the counter. Now that is just beyond stupid ! But it&#039;s what some of them do.
