About 3 years ago I was looking for a 1991S Proof Lincoln and i didn't know squat about grading so I was looking for the cheapest coin I could find to fill the hole in my album. The cheapest one out there was an SGS PF70 that I spent about $8 on, but it never showed up. When I complained to aboncom they said that I needed to wait 30 days before they could file a USPS insurance claim. So after 35 days I contacted them to let them know that the coin had never arrived. They responded with an apology and a promise to send another copy of the coin (my thought was that 70 graded coins must be pretty common since they had an exact replacement available to send me...). The coin arrived within the week, but I bet they claimed the coin was worth a lot more than I paid for it when they filed their ins claim! I don't know how to prove fraud from my end, I certainly don't have any of the paperwork (emails/receipts) from that transaction anymore.[/QUOTE]
