This is the entire reason why I changed it, so baby wouldn't cry, yet here you are. When it is something or someone else, the smallest of details matter, but when you they're dismissed with petty idiocy, yet you wonder why I believe you to be a hypocrite.

The example of "tribute proofs" using cheap clads instead of whatever pot metal presently used was also a perfectly valid comparison, and by your own logic, if produced this way they wouldn't need the "COPY" marking, but then it'll be one lame and meaningless excuse or another as to why yours should be acceptable while everyone else's shouldn't be. It's all selfish justification, sir, and that's all it's ever been. Your comment on the legality of the Gallery Mint's dies while later claiming your own to be perfectly fine should be enough for any objective individual to question both your position and motives. Someone uses a few of your words and off to eBay you run a whining, but using photos, ahem, "sent" to or "found" by you, well, that's okay. Oh, but that's right... after I initially called you on this it only took, what, a week for you to "remember" that you were supposedly given permission but oh so conveniently lost or misplaced it? You hide behind laws that benefit you, but dismiss those that don't. If everything was as clear-cut and rosy as you claim, there would have been no reason for your post to the FTC website, but the fact you found it necessary is just more evidence/proof that you know you're skirting the law, and not for "art" as you often claim but for personal benefit. If someone else started doing the EXACT same thing as you, I'd be stunned if you didn't come up with something, some way to knock them while pretending you're somehow special and deserve a pass no one else does. You call other "fantasy" pieces "fakes" or "counterfeit", which in itself implies that yours are anything but; it's all BS.[/QUOTE]
