    As of 12:00 pm today:
    Silver Bullion $13.58
    A/E $15.13
    90% $13.48
    40% $13.60
    All down $0.14
All prices are spot per Monex.
So to get back to the Question, will silver get to $14.00 by Xmas? It is anyone guess, but most likely.

That is exactly what my local dealers are paying. They sell junk halfs for $4.50.
YES $4 is a tad low but they want to eat. I'm thinking of buying a whole bin of semi junk Walkers for $4.50 each. My opinion is this will be a slow dragged out bull run and take some time to creep upwards.
Actually it is just a continuation of the bull run started months ago. The supply and demand thing.
More silver is being used in technology, electronics and the like. With inflation and the weak dollar, it looks like all the ducks are in a row for silver to inch upward. What will screw up this format (or delay it) is the
prediction that silver mining will increase and more silver will be produced in 2007.

He was right to correct me.
If we are not accurate in our statements and postings, then what right do we have to criticize those guys on HSN? And other places.
I do my best to post the right info, in this case I did a simple cut-and-paste, and 'assumed' that they would have the correct data.
Hmmm....kinda makes you wonder about the other info that they posted.

Thanks, satootoko, for keeping me on my toes.

    Bruce,
You did not have to wait too long. As of 3pm EST today, Kitco lists silver at $14.11 per troy ounce.
Ha, maybe you should ask if it will hit $15 and see what happens!

Silver hit 14 dollars today, but dropped, but I think it may be on the rise again. Go baby go!

Time to sell? Or hold? For me, I'm holding a bit more.

I did sell one 1943 Walker for scrap yesterday for
$4.25. Dealer pays 8.5 times face value.

Warren Buffett frequently doesn't sell stocks that he owns. He still owns some items that he purchased in the 1970s and 80s. Do you really think he hasn't made money on them?

Silver has been good for the past several years and seems like it will continue to be good for at least awhile yet. My problem is that now just about all silver dollars, eagles, etc.. seem overpriced and it's tougher to buy them.
