These are Federal Reserve Notes which have both a black federal reserve seal on the left, and the green treasury seal on the right. These are the $1 bills in your wallet. Silver Certificates have a blue treasury seal and blue numbers. There are 2 WWII silver certs that are an exception. Hawaii $1 Silver certs have brown seal and numbers with "Hawaii" in big letters on the back. North Africa silver certs have a yellow treasury seal with blue numbers.</p><p>Red seal and numbers are UNITED States Notes. Only one issue of $1 are US Notes,</p><p>series 1928, which have a different back than other $1.
