Silver Jan Masaryk Honorary Medal

    I want to ask about this medal is it important one or what and what about it price at that conditions. This item was founding during our detecting in a bad conditions. The photos after we clean it.

    I try to do search on website but I cant found similar one like this sold before.

    This medal was gave to famous people in the world in one time each year.

    This Medal Weight 50 Grams. Diameter 50 mm ( 5 cm).

    It's a nice medal. Not much information on price. But you are right. They are awarded to Czech Honoraries.

    Welcome to CoinTalk Orientation2015! I have never heard of these medals until now that you asked. The only time I have heard the word Masaryk is for a building complex named Masaryk Towers located near where I live in Lower Manhattan NYC New York. Where did you detect this Medal? If you don't mind me asking.

    Jan Garrigue Masaryk was the son of Tomas Garrigue Masaryk (the first president of Czechoslovakia). Jan Masaryk was Minister of Foreign Affairs of Czechoslovakia in 1940-48.
