I suspect that unlike most reputable companies, they were charging the cards when the order was placed instead of when it was filled. (I've already got the cancelled check back for my Sentinels, but the order still shows "Processing" when I log into my CoinsfortheCause account.)

I imagine a lot of people got tired of waiting for their order to ship and as the 60 day limit on disputing charges approached, called their credit card company and said they never received the merchandise they ordered and paid for.

If a credit card company gets an avalanche of disputed charges, it doesn't take long before they refuse to do business with that company.

They had a video on their YouTube page about it.

I am considering buying a few freedom girl and slave queens from SBSS, but I won't confirm 1 ounce until they put my Sentinels in the mail. If they get shut down tomorrow, and I don't get a thing, that risk was on me and I can live with it because I knew going in what it is. That stated, I won't spend another cent with them until those are shipped, it's not because I was burned, more a proceed with caution maneuver that makes the most sense to me. Your results and willingness to take risk may be higher than mine, but my threshold is set right where it is.

Well, they're screwing over former customers again. They are now offering to sell 20 coin tubes of the copper Freedom Girls. That coin *WAS* one you could only get from ordering other items. So much for "rarity". Same thing for the AG-47 copper round. Glad I sold mine before this announcement.

Just got an email saying on the 26th they're releasing a 5oz death and debt coin, limited to 1,000. So how much do you think they're charging for this 5oz coin?

wont be picking this one up. I'd rather get some pucks for that kind of money.

That's unfortunate. Any mint that stamps a pot leaf inside of the maple is laughable, in my humble opinion. I live where weed is legal and it's a sad state of affair. People smoke and "dab" and vaporize in their cars without a second thought. Imagine thousands of people trying to get high, drive, text and quiet their dogs and kids all at the same time. So, those companies who profit on the emblems are low in my book. The copper issues further suggest they would do anything to scratch out what remains of their profits.

After the way I was treated on my last purchase, the only way I would get coins from them is if they were free. Worst customer service I have ever seen, took me 3 1/2 months to recieve coins after the charge to my C/C

I saw that price on their site and thought it was a typo. I can't imagine who would buy such a thing.

I actually think the cannibus round is a really cool idea, connecting the maple with one of the true government symbols of power, their drug "war". It's too bad The mint is such a laugh now or the symbolism might carry more weight. Unfortunately, the corny t-shirts and bumper stickers they are selling on their site, obviously connecting the symbol to potheads getting high rather than an anti-government oppression message. I don't think the designer of the round wanted the message to be taken in such a way.

Bummer that they ruined what was a good thing they had going, but their prices, recycled designs, and cornball merchandise signal to me that Mulligan Mint is not going to be around for long. I hope I at least get the two rounds I ordered today, but I guess it's my own fault for ordering from these amateurs if I don't.

It's hard to stomach a $3 premium for a regular generic round, where they get the idea that people will pay $100/oz for a 5oz round is beyond my thinking. Maybe they've used too much of that cannabis they used as a model for that coin?

None of their previous designs appealed to me.
Trivium? Huh? Freedom Girl? Dumb. Slave Queen? Whatever.
But these latest ones are genius.

While you don't like the first 3, there seems to be a pretty strong market for them on ebay. You can buy the Freedom girl from SBSS for just over $23 and they sell at $30 just about every time they're up for auction, the others are generally sold for more. I'm not saying your wrong not to like them, but they do present an opportunity.

I love the designs of the freedom girl and slave girl, but the premiums are way too high, just like I love Pamp bars, can't imagine paying almost double the silver value for bullion coins that may not carry value like a numismatic coin would. Maybe I will buy Pamp just because of its reputation that they carry when it comes to reselling later.

I am not going to say "you" as forum rules state you cannot attack the person, only their argument, so, with that said, ONE would have to be mentally challenged to think that the mulligan mint is stamping these rounds to "call out" a government or "finger" the governments true intents. No. The mulligan mint is making marijuana medals (they aren't coins) because they know stoners will "just have to have one" and KNOW they can make MONEY off of you. there is NO other reason. if u think there is, u are slow or lying to yourself.

You're right there's a market. And I love opportunities. But when they started selling through big retailers like Provident and everybody seemed to be flipping them I figured the ebay prices would normalize. Somehow the prices have held up though.

I have ordered and received the warbird and love coin from Amagi Metals. The medals are ok, not the best or worst I've ever received, just ok. I got very good service from Amagi so I ordered the AG-47 and Cannabis from them tonight. I only ordered a few of each to keep up with the regular 1oz bullion strike editions as that's all I plan to buy to hold onto. I'm not a huge fan of these designs, but since I've started with them I do plan to follow it thru to the end.

From what I've read, the next issues are a 5oz Freedom Girl, 1/10th oz silver something (don't know which old design, but it is a previous issue design) and then a 1/10th oz gold before they come out with new designs. I'm probably not buying any of the 3 mentioned above, but will continue with the regular bullion strike medals. Your results and ideas may vary.

From articles I've read and videos of unboxings and seeing the coins I extremely unimpressed with these rounds. Complaints on wait times, pricing, and just the overall quality of these rounds have left me scratching my head. I've seen a lot of them with the strikings noticably off center and flashing on the edges...not a quality product, especially for the prices they have been charging. Defintitly not gooing to waste my time on these.
