Silver 1920 P wheat cent (was told foreign silver planchet)

    That NCS label does not state that is silver.

    you folks have pretty much proved to me mine is plated thank you for that. weight is off, that is proof enough for me. The coin shop owner said silver I took it to be silver metal and was wrong, his is nickel/copper alloy. So thank you all for the info. on mine

    if the coin is as black in hand as it is in the pics then it is not silver...

    mine it seems is plated because of the weight is that of a copper cent

    OK FOLKS! Time for an update. Today I got a notification from NGC and the 1920 cent IS varified an Error and it is an Argentina 10cent planchet. This is all I have right now. 1920 P struck on 10 cent Argentina plan.jpg 1920 Argentina 10 C planchet obv..jpg 1920 Argentina 10 C Planchet rev.jpg

    Thank you again for your professional advice folks. Some had doubts but like myself I had HOPES. Yes people Errors are out there. Your job? FIND THEM!
