That&#039;s how I obtained many of my coins. Most of my early D&amp;S mint marks came from one book I bought on eBay(11D, 12DS, 13DS, 14S, 15DS, 21S, 24D, 31S). It was only missing the 1909-S VDB and the 1914-D. The price I paid would have been like buying the 1931-S and the 1909-S, everything else was free. I went through and took out what I needed, sold the rest one by one on eBay. I got 14 coins I needed for my series, and made roughly $40 selling the ones I didn&#039;t need.
