Then I see a small plastic cent and ask to see that, a RAW 1909-S VDB in close to the same condition as the NGC F12, I ask the price. He said the 1856-O quarter plus a few hundred dollars cash. The 1856-O according to another dealer was doctored, so it was a details coin AU details, but still details. I did notice the nick in the rim on the reverse, but it's still a freaking 09-S VDB, the one and only coin I need to complete my series. It wasn't what I went in there planning to buy, but I was one happy camper walking out the door! <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie8" alt=":D" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /><img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie8" alt=":D" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /><img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie8" alt=":D" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /><img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /><img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /><img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Took me 22 years since I started collecting wheat cents but here is the last puzzle piece, my 1909-S VDB</p><p><br /></p><p>
</p><p><br /></p>
