They will be really rare soon as they plan on discontinuing the blue boxes and going to cardboard shipping boxes

Now that's cool and definitely rare. I've never seen one like that, only the blue ones.

 

Nope, only fits the first generation rattle coins.

 

back then even if you only submitted one coin to PCGS for grading they use a 20 coin box for shipping that single coin after grading.

 

Oh, that seems weird. I sent to ICG some years ago and they sent 3 or 4 coins back in some large disposable thing
