NGC did not do a good job in centering this coin/ also lots of pertinant data is missing from label Electorate of Sachsen Friedrich Augustus III 1763-1806 AV Dukat 1792-IEC Dresden Mint Vicariats where struck in the year a new Holy Roman Emperor was up for his election. In 1792/ all the "electors" would meet and select the emperor. In that year Franz II was chosen. Gotta wonder why they cannot include that info on data label for slab/ just use smaller font size....

No, the coin is still with Heritage Auctions. I usually wait till I have 30 coins on hold, then have them sent to my US in-laws. This saves on handling costs. I am very patient/ and can wait a year or two. They then bring the coins when they visit us in Canada. It will be fun opening the box. I have seen many times when slabbers get sloppy in placing coins in holders. For the $$$ you pay for TPG/ they could add more data/ place coin in correct position.
